MyCompanyPrinter is the only printing company that operates as a networking marketing or multi-level marketing (MLM) company. We recognize that word-of-mouth adverting is the best form of adverting. So, instead of spending thousand on advertising we prefer to pay our customers to tell others about us. Although membership is not required to order, membership does have its benefits. Members receive cash back on their own purchases and receive commissions when they refer their friends and associates. MyCompanyPrinter has created a network of print centers across the country. This is how we are able to offer so many paper finishes and we automatically send your order to the printing facility closest to you for faster transit times. Our main office is located in Minneapolis, Minnesota, but we have print centers in Minnesota, Ohio, California, New Jersey, Texas, and Florida. A new print center will be coming online in Chicago this summer.
I don’t see the product, finish, or options I want. Can I submit a special request?
At this time we only offer the products in the finishes with the options you see on this website.
Do you offer proofs?
We do not offer digital proofs since we are a gang-run printer. Which means what you submit is exactly how it will print. Digital proofs do not provide for color matching and we do not offer such a service.
Hard proofs are available for most paper products. The price ranges from $29 - $49 per proof. To order, please contact Customer Service with your request.
What are your turnaround times?
On each products page, under Product Specifications, is it’s approximate turnaround time. The is the number of business days this product usually takes to print before we ship. Orders received after 10am central are considered to be received the next business day.
Do I need a print-ready file to order?
Yes, all orders require you to have a print-ready file. We do not offer typesetting or graphic design services. Files must be set-up correctly or the order will be rejected. We accept PSD, JPG, TIF, and PDF files. For PDF please make sure to create a flattened (non-layer) file and outline all fonts. Each side of your document must be a separate file.
How do I get true black?

How do I keep my blues from looking purple?
Make sure there is at least a 30% difference between the cyan and magenta values. If your blue has a cyan value of 100%, your magenta value should be no higher than 70%. Remember, colors on your computer monitor will not look the same when printed.
What is the best file format to submit my files in?
The best is PDF. Remember, each side of your document should be a separate PDF file. Meaning if you have a double-sided flyer, you would need to submit two files.
Color Variances
If the colors are slightly off, this is normal. Colors will not print exactly the same from order to order.
If the colors are extremely off, please reply to the order confirmation email you received, explain the problem in detail, and attach a scan of the product you received. In some cases we may need you to mail us samples of what you received.
My order was printed incorrectly. What do I do?
If the colors are slightly off, this is normal. Colors will not print exactly the same each time we print your order.
If the colors are extremely off, item was cut wrong (more than 0.125” off), etc., please reply to the order confirmation email you received, explain the problem in detail, and attach a scan of the product you received. In some cases we may need to receive an actual sample. We will let you know.
